Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, a message sent by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
For digital course products sold through Stripe (Stripe Managed Payments) as Merchant of Record, reimbursements are processed by Stripe to your original payment method.
Services begun during the withdrawal period
If you requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the point at which you inform us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, in comparison with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
For a service that has been fully performed, your right of withdrawal lapses only if we began performance after you expressly consented to us beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, and you acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed.
Digital content
For a contract for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal ceases to exist once we have begun performance of the contract, provided that you have:
- expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period;
- acknowledged that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins; and
- received a confirmation of the contract.
Voluntary 14-day guarantee for digital course products: Regardless of statutory entitlement, Salary You Deserve grants every customer of our digital course products (the online Self Study course) a right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, even if you have already begun accessing the Digital Content. Email info@salaryyoudeserve.com within those 14 days. This voluntary guarantee is in addition to any mandatory statutory rights and does not limit them. Individual coaching remains under the cancellation terms in the Terms of Service.
