1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing or accessing the "Negotiate the Salary You Deserve" program (the "Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access the Program.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Spark to a Flame Consulting LLP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
2. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS & CANADIAN RESIDENTS
2.1 Tax Regulation Restriction
Due to tax regulations in Canada, we cannot accept clients from Canada at this time.
Online purchases through Stripe and Kajabi are not available for residents of Canada.
2.2 Alternative for Canadian Residents
If you are a Canadian resident and wish to participate in this Program:

3. PROGRAM OFFERINGS & PRICING
3.1 Program Tiers
The Program is offered in three tiers:
Self-Study Edition:
24 video lessons
Complete workbook with exercises, templates, and AI prompts
Lifetime access to course materials
Coaching Circle:
Everything in Self-Study, PLUS:
Private Facebook community
VALUE Pod support groups (4-6 person accountability groups) — Note: VALUE Pods are optional and self-organized. We provide access to the community; participants organize themselves and participation is at their own responsibility.
Monthly live Q&A calls with Marcel Szenessy (for up to 2 years)
Access to recorded calls
Executive Intensive:
Everything in Coaching Circle, PLUS:
Four (4) 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Marcel Szenessy (up to one hour each)
Personalized role-play and conversation practice (conducted during the 1-on-1 coaching sessions)
Note: "Direct access" is not included. Role-play practice is part of the scheduled coaching sessions.
3.2 Right to Change Coaches
We reserve the right to assign a different qualified coach if Marcel Szenessy is unavailable due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any substitute coach will be qualified and trained in the VALUE Method.
3.3 Pricing
Current pricing is displayed on the sales page at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change, but any change will not affect purchases already completed.
Special Offers:
Promotional pricing (such as "Spring Offer") is time-limited
Promotional prices expire on the date stated on the sales page
We reserve the right to modify or end promotional offers at any time
3.4 Payment
All payments are processed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered
We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards) through Kajabi
4. TWO GUARANTEES
We offer two separate guarantees to give you complete confidence in your investment.
4.1 7-Day Clarity Guarantee
4.1.1 Guarantee Overview
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you determine the Program is not the right fit for you.
4.1.2 Refund Calculation
All Program Tiers:
Full refund of the purchase price
No processing fees
No deductions
Exception for Executive Intensive: If you have completed any 1-on-1 coaching sessions, the value of completed sessions will be deducted from your refund (calculated at €500 per session).
4.1.3 How to Request a 7-Day Refund

4.1.4 After 7 Days
After the 7-day period, the 7-Day Clarity Guarantee no longer applies. However, you remain eligible for the 18-Month Raise Guarantee (see Section 4.2).
4.2 18-Month Raise Guarantee
4.2.1 Guarantee Overview
If you complete the Program requirements and do not achieve a salary increase, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your Program fee.
Important: This guarantee is designed for clients who genuinely complete the work and make a sincere effort to negotiate their salary.
4.2.2 Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the 18-Month Raise Guarantee, you must:
Complete the Program Work:
Watch all 24 video lessons in their entirety
Complete all workbook exercises in the VALUE Notebook
If enrolled in Coaching Circle or Executive Intensive: Participate in at least 75% of available monthly calls OR submit questions for calls you cannot attend
If enrolled in Executive Intensive: Complete all four (4) scheduled 1-on-1 coaching sessions
Take Action:
Conduct market research using the Benchmark Triangle method taught in the Program
Prepare your salary case using the VALUE Method framework
Have at least one documented salary conversation with your employer or during a job interview
Document your conversation(s) and any follow-up communications
Provide Documentation:
Submit proof of Program completion (completed workbook or equivalent)
Provide written documentation of your salary conversation(s), including:
Date(s) of conversation(s)
Summary of what was discussed
Employer's response
Any follow-up communications
Confirm that no salary increase was received during the 18-month period
4.2.3 What Constitutes a "Salary Increase"
For purposes of this Guarantee, a "salary increase" includes:
An increase in base salary (annual or hourly rate)
A promotion with increased compensation
A new job offer with higher compensation than your previous role
A raise, bonus, or commission structure that increases your total annual compensation
The Guarantee does NOT apply if:
You receive any form of salary increase (even if smaller than your target)
You choose not to have a salary conversation during the 18-month period
You leave your employer without attempting a salary negotiation
You are terminated for cause or resign without negotiating
You do not complete the Program requirements listed in Section 4.2.2
4.2.4 Refund Amount Under the 18-Month Guarantee
Self-Study Edition:
100% refund of the purchase price
Coaching Circle:
100% refund of the purchase price
Executive Intensive:
The value of the four (4) 1-on-1 coaching sessions is NOT refundable under the 18-Month Raise Guarantee, as these sessions represent personalized consulting services that have been delivered. Each coaching session is valued at €500 and will be deducted from your initial payment for the Executive Intensive Tier.
4.2.5 Request Window: 18-20 Months After Purchase
IMPORTANT: You must submit your refund request BETWEEN 18 and 20 months after your purchase date.
This means:
Too early: Requests submitted before 18 months will not be processed (you have not yet had the full 18 months to achieve a salary increase)
Valid window: Requests submitted between 18-20 months will be reviewed
Too late: Requests submitted after 20 months will not be accepted
Example:
Purchase date: February 14, 2026
Earliest request date: August 14, 2027 (18 months)
Latest request date: October 14, 2027 (20 months)
4.2.6 How to Request an 18-Month Raise Guarantee Refund
Submit your request BETWEEN 18 and 20 months of your purchase date

Proof of Program completion (completed workbook, call attendance records, etc.)
Documentation of your salary conversation(s) as described in Section 4.2.2.C
A brief written statement explaining why no salary increase was achieved
Review Process:
We will review your submission within 14 business days
We may request additional documentation or clarification
If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days
4.2.7 Good Faith Requirement
This Guarantee is intended for clients who genuinely complete the Program and make a sincere effort to negotiate their salary. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not demonstrate good faith effort, including but not limited to:
Incomplete or falsified documentation
Evidence that the Client did not genuinely attempt to implement the Program teachings
Requests submitted outside the 18-20 month window
Claims that are fraudulent or made in bad faith
4.2.8 One-Time Guarantee
This Guarantee applies once per Client. If you have previously received a refund under this Guarantee, you are not eligible for another refund on future Program purchases.
4.3 Relationship Between The Two Guarantees
4.3.1 Cannot Use Both
You may use EITHER the 7-Day Clarity Guarantee OR the 18-Month Raise Guarantee, but not both.
Once you receive a refund under the 7-Day Clarity Guarantee, you are no longer eligible for the 18-Month Raise Guarantee on that purchase.
4.3.2 Which Guarantee to Choose
7-Day Clarity Guarantee:
Use this if you start the Program and quickly realize it's not the right fit for you
Available within 7 days of purchase
Quick, simple process
18-Month Raise Guarantee:
Use this if you complete the Program but do not achieve a salary increase
Available between 18-20 months after purchase
Requires proof of completion and effort
5. TECHNICAL ISSUES & DUPLICATE PURCHASES
5.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues preventing access to the Program:

We will work with you to resolve the issue
If we cannot resolve the issue within 30 days, we may issue a refund at our discretion
5.2 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the Program twice, contact us within 7 days for a refund of the duplicate charge.
6. ACCESS & USAGE
6.1 Lifetime Access
"Lifetime access" means:
Access to the Program for as long as the Program exists and is hosted on our platform
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Program with reasonable notice
We will provide at least 90 days' notice before removing access to any purchased content
"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Program, not your lifetime
6.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
6.3 Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
Share your login credentials with others
Reproduce, distribute, or resell Program materials
Record, screenshot, or copy Program content for distribution
Upload, share, or make available Program content on any other platform or website
Use the Program for any unlawful purpose
Having duplicate copies of content is prohibited. You may download materials for your personal use only, but may not create multiple copies for distribution or sharing.
Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Ownership
All Program content, including videos, workbooks, templates, scripts, and materials, are the intellectual property of Spark to a Flame Consulting LLP and are protected by copyright law.
7.2 Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Program for your personal use only.
You may NOT:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute Program materials
Create derivative works based on Program content
Use Program materials for commercial purposes
Share or resell access to the Program
8. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES (FACEBOOK GROUP & VALUE PODS)
8.1 Participation Requirements
If you are enrolled in Coaching Circle or Executive Intensive:
Facebook Community:
Be respectful and supportive of other members
Keep all member information confidential
No spam, self-promotion, or solicitation
Follow Facebook's Community Standards
VALUE Pods (Accountability Groups):
VALUE Pods are optional and self-organized
We provide access to the Facebook community where members can connect
Participation in VALUE Pods is at your own responsibility
We do not facilitate, manage, or monitor VALUE Pods
Respect confidentiality of pod discussions
No recording or sharing of pod conversations without consent
8.2 Removal
We reserve the right to remove any member from the Facebook community who:
Violates these guidelines
Engages in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
Shares confidential information
Disrupts the community
Removal from the community does not entitle you to a refund.
9. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS
9.1 No Guarantee of Results (Outside of the Guarantees)
While we offer the 7-Day Clarity Guarantee and 18-Month Raise Guarantee, we make no other guarantees about:
Specific salary increases you may achieve
How quickly you will see results
Your employer's response to salary negotiations
Your results depend on your effort, your specific situation, your employer, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
9.2 Not Legal, Financial, or Career Advice
This Program provides general educational information about salary negotiation.
It is NOT:
Legal advice
Financial advice
Career counseling
A substitute for professional advice specific to your situation
For legal, financial, or career-specific advice, consult a qualified professional.
9.3 Employment Relationship
This Program does NOT create an employment relationship, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Spark to a Flame Consulting LLP.
9.4 No Guarantee of Employment
We do not guarantee that:
You will retain your current job
You will receive a promotion
You will be hired for a new position
Your employer will respond positively to salary negotiations
Salary negotiations carry inherent risks, and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Program shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.
10.2 No Consequential Damages
We are NOT liable for:
Lost wages or income
Lost opportunities (promotions, jobs, etc.)
Damage to professional relationships
Emotional distress
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
10.3 Your Sole Remedy
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Program is to request a refund under the 7-Day Clarity Guarantee (if within 7 days) or the 18-Month Raise Guarantee (if eligible and within the 18-20 month window) as described in Section 4.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spark to a Flame Consulting LLP, our affiliates, coaches (including Marcel Szenessy), and our team members from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the Program
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your salary negotiations or employment decisions
12. PRIVACY & DATA
12.1 Data Collection
We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy (available at salaryyoudeserve.com/privacy).
12.2 Communications
By purchasing the Program, you consent to receive:
Transactional emails (purchase confirmations, access information)
Program-related updates (new content, schedule changes)
Promotional emails (new offers, related products)
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
12.3 Testimonials & Case Studies
We may request permission to use your success story as a testimonial or case study. You are never obligated to provide a testimonial, and doing so does not affect your access to the Program or eligibility for the Guarantees.
If you provide a testimonial:
We may edit it for length and clarity
We may use it in marketing materials
You may request removal at any time
13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
13.1 Right to Modify
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
13.2 Notification
We will notify you of material changes via:
Email to your registered email address
Notice in the Program dashboard
Notice on the sales page
13.3 Continued Use
Your continued use of the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Important: Changes to these Terms do NOT affect the Guarantees for purchases made before the changes. Your Guarantee terms are locked in at the time of purchase.
14. TERMINATION
14.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the Program at any time. However, stopping use does not entitle you to a refund unless you qualify under the 7-Day Clarity Guarantee or 18-Month Raise Guarantee.
14.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate your access to the Program immediately, without notice or refund, if you:
Violate these Terms
Share your login credentials
Distribute Program materials
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse or harass coaches, team members, or other Clients
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your access to the Program will be immediately revoked
You must cease all use of Program materials
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitations of liability, etc.) will continue to apply
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will make every reasonable effort to reach a mutually acceptable solution.
15.3 Jurisdiction
Any legal action arising from these Terms or the Program shall be brought in the courts of British Columbia, Canada. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
16. MISCELLANEOUS
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spark to a Flame Consulting LLP regarding the Program.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision in the future.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to any successor or affiliate.
16.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemics, internet outages, etc.).
16.6 Language
These Terms are written in English. If translated, the English version controls in case of any conflict.
